NFL Picks Week 11 – Super Six
Each week, exclusively at Bangthebook.com I will release the Super Six in the NFL. This will be the top six football betting games that the NFL has to offer. The super six last week went 4-2 on the week and the overall record is 31-27-3 and rebounded with a great week.
Here are the Super Six picks for week nine:
Oakland Raiders vs. Minnesota Vikings
The Oakland Raiders have had extra time to prepare for this game, but they are in a letdown spot against the Vikings. After a big win against the Bolts, the Raiders will have no reason to get hyped for a trip north. The Vikings are a better team at home and have an aspiring young player in Christian Ponder. The Raiders are 7-18-1 ATS in their last 26 games as a favorite of 0.5-3.0 and lose this game.
Minnesota Vikings +1
Dallas Cowboys at Washington Redskins
The public overreacts in the NFL. From week-to-week they jump on the hot team trying to win cash. This week that team is the Dallas Cowboys. After blowing out Buffalo a week ago, fans and football bettors are back on the Cowboy bandwagon. This is a perfect time for the wheels to fall off. The Skins are home divisional dogs and the Cowboys are 1-6-1 ATS in their last 8 games as a road favorite. Take the points.
Washington Redskins +7.5
Baltimore Ravens vs. Cincinnati Bengals
The Baltimore Ravens are off a horrible loss to the Seattle Seahawks, while the Bengals kept the game close against the mighty Pittsburgh Steelers. So why is the Vegas sports betting line over a touchdown? This is because the Bengals have injuries in the secondary that will hurt them this week. He Ravens are 48-23-1 ATS in their last 72 games as a home favorite and will win and cover this week.
Baltimore Ravens -8
San Diego Chargers vs. Chicago Bears
The Bears are in prime mode for a letdown and believe it or not, the Chargers should win this game outright. The Bolts have a habit of playing great football in the end of the season. After being left for dead this is a perfect time for them to respond. The Chargers are 10-4-1 ATS in their last 15 games as a road underdog of 3.5-10.0 and should win this game on the field.
San Diego Chargers +3.5
Carolina Panthers vs. Detroit Lions
The Detroit Lions are off a very tough loss to the Bears and look to rebound against the Panthers. This loss was more than just a normal loss, as the offense struggled mainly due to the bad play of quarterback Matthew Stafford who is banged up. The Lions are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games as a favorite of 3.5-10.0 and Cam Newton will keep the Panthers in this game.
Carolina Panthers +7
Philadelphia Eagles vs. New York Giants
The Sunday night football game is an NFC East battle between the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Giants. The New York Giants are the elite of the division and the Eagles ‘dream team” is in the middle of a nightmare. However the Eagles are desperate and despite two broken ribs I expect Michael Vick to play. The Giants are 1-11 ATS in their last 12 home games vs. a team with a losing road record and 0-6-1 ATS in their last 7 games as a home favorite of 0.5-3.0. The Eagles are a desperate team and will find a way to get it done.
Philadelphia Eagles +5
