NFL Top Three Over/Under Plays- Week 15
NFL Top Three Over/Under Plays- Week 15
The results on the NFL total line last week slightly favored the ‘over’ with nine games going ‘over’ the total, six games staying ‘under’, and one game ending in a ‘push’.
We ended-up even on our top plays in Week 14 at 1-1-1 with the correct call on the Raiders and Packers, the wrong one on the Chiefs and Jets, and a ‘push’ on the Bills and Chargers. This brings our year-to-date record to 24-17-1. The following are our top three ‘over/under’ plays for Week 15 in the NFL. All lines quoted are provided by BetOnline.com.

Tennessee Titans vs. Indianapolis Colts Over/Under: 41
The Titans keep hanging around at 7-6, but they have gotten it done by keeping the majority of their games low-scoring and close. Tennessee is now 4-3 in its last seven games and the total has stayed ‘under’ in every one.
The Colts are well on their way to a dreaded winless season with 13 straight losses already in the books. Even if they were able to somehow pull-out a win on Sunday, it is doubtful they would light up the scoreboard in the process considering they have averaged just 14.2 points a game this year.
The total has stayed ‘under’ in four of the Titans’ last five games as road favorites and in 10 of their last 13 games against the AFC South. The total has stayed ‘under’ in five of Indianapolis’ last six games overall and in its last four games in the division.
Detroit Lions vs. Oakland Raiders Over/Under: 47
The Lions’ inconsistent offense showed signs of life last week in a 34-28 much-needed victory over Minnesota. They have actually averaged 37.2 points a game in their last five wins and are still averaging 28.2 points a game overall.
Oakland’s defense is starting to become more and more of a liability as the season wears on. It has now given-up over 30 points a game in its last four outings, including 34 in a loss to Miami two weeks ago and 46 in last Sunday’s loss to Green Bay.
The total has gone ‘over’ in seven of Detroit’s last nine games on the road and in eight of its last 10 games following an ATS loss. The total has also gone ‘over’ in seven of Oakland’s last 10 home games and in nine of its last 13 games following a SU loss.
The Free NFL Pick: OVER
New York Jets vs. Philadelphia Eagles Over/Under: 44
New York’s offense has come to life during its current three-game winning streak with an average of 33 points a game. Much of this has to do with the improved performance of Mark Sanchez, who has passed for seven touchdowns and thrown just one interception during the three-game run.
The return of Michael Vick to the Eagles’ lineup helped spark the offense in their 26-10 victory over the Dolphins last week. One of the highlights of that game was a 34-yard scoring strike to DeSean Jackson to cap a 24-point burst in the second quarter.
The total has gone ‘over’ in nine of the Jets last 11 games as road underdogs. It has also gone ‘over’ in four of the Eagles last five games following a SU win and in five of their last seven games played in the month of December.
Prediction: OVER
