NBA Betting Previews- Chicago Bulls vs. Milwaukee Bucks
Pointspread: Chicago OFF
Total Line: OFF
The Chicago Bulls take their current seven-game winning streak into the Bradley Center this Wednesday night for a Central Division tilt with the Milwaukee Bucks. The tip-off for this clash is set for 8 p.m. (ET) and the game will be available on NBA League Pass.
Chicago ran its streak to seven with a 92-72 pasting of the Indiana Pacers this past Monday night as a seven-point home favorite. It is now an NBA-best 32-8 straight-up and a profitable 25-15 against the spread. The Bulls are 17-6 SU (16-7 ATS) on the road this season and the total has gone ‘over’ in 14 of the 23 games.
It has been a total team effort for Chicago this season with six different players scoring over nine points a game, but it also helps to have Derrick Rose, who continues to lead the way with 22.4 points and 7.7 assists a game. Chicago’s defense has also been superb; holding opponents to an average of just 87.9 points a game.
Milwaukee is coming off Monday’s 97-93 win over Philadelphia as a two-point home underdog, but it was just its third victory in its last 10 games. The Bucks are currently 15-23 on the year both SU and ATS. They are 9-8 SU and 7-10 ATS at home with the total going ‘over’ in 12 of the 17 games.
The Bucks have done a good job at spreading the ball around with six different players scoring in double figures but it is only adding-up to an average of 95.4 points a game, while the defense is allowing an average of 97.9 points a game. Brandon Jennings is the team’s leading scorer with 18.9 points a game.
The Bulls are 16-5 ATS in their last 21 games on the road and 4-0 ATS in their last four games overall. The total has gone ‘over’ in seven of their last 10 road games.
The Bucks are 1-7 ATS in their last eight home games and 3-10 ATS in their last 13 games overall. The total has gone ‘over’ in five of the last six games overall.
Chicago is 6-1 ATS in the last six meetings overall and a perfect 6-0 ATS in its last six trips to Milwaukee. The Bulls have won all three meetings this season SU are 2-1 ATS. The total went ‘over’ in all three games. There is no reason to think things will change this time around as Chicago gets the SU win on the road while covering the spread, depending on how steep the line opens for this game. The Free NBA Pick: Chicago 102 Milwaukee 91
