NFL Upset of the Week: Week 15

The Buffalo Bills started off the season as sweetheart picks to make the playoffs and even had an outside shot at the Super Bowl. Fast forward 15 weeks and they are headed towards another early pick in the 2013 NFL draft. The team is loaded with talent and they have some explosive players like running back CJ Spiller, but will not make the playoffs this season.

BetDSIThe Seattle Seahawks are just the opposite. They had a draft that was criticized by everyone and the decision to start Russell Wilson at quarterback shocked many NFL experts. However at this point in the season they are in a great spot to make the playoffs and have an outside shot of winning the division.

However, with all of that being said, the Seahawks are in for a letdown this week against the lowly Bills. This game is being played I Canada who actually has a very good NFL fan base. The ills are used to playing Canada, but for the birds it will be a logistic nightmare. The Seahawks are not known for their great play on the road, although they did beat the Chicago Bears in the last game on the road.

The Seahawks are 8-21 ATS in their last 29 games after allowing less than 15 points in their previous game, 15-33-3 ATS in their last 51 games following a win of more than 14 points and 5-20-1 ATS in their last 26 games after allowing less than 250 total yards in their previous game. This shows that the Seahawks are tough off an impressive win.

The Bills are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games after scoring less than 15 points in their previous game and they will upset the Seahawks who are in a letdown spot this week.
