Cardinals vs. Rams Prop Picks at Bet Any Sports Sportsbook

BetAnySports.com is back with another great set of NFL betting props for the NFL Network’s Thursday Night Football. Join us for the St. Louis Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals prop picks for this NFC West duel at the Edward Jones Dome.

Greg Zuerlein Under 8.5 Points (-140): Zuerlein isn’t going to continue booting three field goals per game on average over the course of the year, and considering the fact that the Rams have a total of just five touchdowns on the whole campaign, it isn’t likely that he is going to be kicking two field goals and three extra points as well. The truth of the matter is that the Arizona defense should be good enough to keep the Rams on their side of the field for the most part in this game, and if that turns out to be the case, we don’t even know if Zuerlein is going to get the chance to score nine points in this game.

Danny Amendola Over 69.5 Receiving Yards: Did anyone else watching what WR Brian Hartline did against these Cardinals last week? Okay, so the likelihood isn’t there that Amendola is going to score a 90-yard touchdown like Hartline did, but we don’t need him to. We need a couple decent gainers and maybe one big one, or we need a game like Amendola had a few weeks ago where he just caught virtually every single pass that QB Sam Bradford threw. It is clear that the chemistry between Amendola and Bradford is second to none on the team, and if there is a receiver that is going to have 70+ yards over the course of this game against Arizona, Amendola is the man to do it.

Early Doucet Receiving Yards Over 28.5: It’s not going to take all that much for Doucet to reach this point, and he might only need one catch to do it. For whatever reason, QB Kevin Kolb just prefers throwing to the opposite side of the field where WR Larry Fitzgerald is, and for as often as Fitz is matched up on one side with two or three receiving options on the other, that means that there are going to be a lot of looks the other way. Doucet will be out there, as will WR Andre Roberts. Last week, it was Roberts that caught six passes and had the 100+ yard performance. This could be the week that Doucet breaks out and improves, though we have to be wary, knowing that he has just 10 reception so far in four games this year.

Kevin Kolb to Throw an Interception (-200): Kolb has done a really nice job taking care of the pigskin this year, but we still have to recognize that this is Kevin Freaking Kolb that we are talking about. The secondary for the Rams is probably one of the strengths of the team, and we have already seen DB Cortland Finnegan race an interception back for a touchdown this year. The dangers are there in the St. Louis secondary, and one of these DBs or safeties will likely bait Kolb into making a throw that ends up coming the other way.

Longest Field Goal Over 44.5 Yards (-140): This is a slam dunk for the most part. K Jay Feely already has three games this year in which he has kicked at least a 45-yard field goal, and Zuerlein has the same type of marks. These two kickers have combined for 19 straight made field goals this year without a miss. This game is played in a dome as well, which is only going to help matters out for both of these kickers, who might be competing for a bid to the Pro Bowl this year. There’s no reason that there won’t be at least one field goal attempt of 45+ yards, and if that turns out to be the case, we know that these kickers are going to nail them.
