College Football Consensus: Filtering the Numbers in Week 10

The college football week 10 schedule kicks off on Thursday night and so now is the time to look at the college football sports betting numbers to see who the public is on. The key is to go completely against the public whenever possible and pick the spots that may yield profit win Week 10.

The two big games this week will be Alabama vs. LSU and Oregon vs. USC so let’s hit up those premier games first.

The Alabama Crimson Tide are giving double-digits to the Tigers in Baton Rouge on Saturday night, but they are only attracting 54 percent of the public action, so this game is getting relative betting action.

That is not the case in the game between Oregon and USC. The public has given up on the Trojans after losing to Arizona. A whopping 71 percent is on the Ducks this week to cover the seven points against the Trojans.

The biggest public road play heading into ths week is on the Stanford Cardinal. The Cardinals is a very big 27.5 point favorite over Colorado. Colorado was just dismantled by the Oregon Ducks and they are not a very good football teams, so it is not too hard to imagine that 72 percent of the public is will to part with the points and take the favorite.

The biggest road dog on the schedule comes from a matchup in the Big East. This week the Cincinnati bearcats battle the Syracuse Orange and the Bearcats are getting big looks from the  public only giving 4.5 points. The Bearcats are the most bet on play in college football this Saturday, so be cautious before betting on the Bearcats.

This formula has proven to be successful in the past. It is not the only handicapping tool, but if used properly the end result could be big profits in college football.
