-Detroit has fallen behind Kansas City in the AL Central. The Tigers are in Tampa Bay for a key series this week. The Tigers are 0-4 in their last 4 road games. They are 42-16 in Max Scherzer’s last 58 road games though, and he’ll start for them on Tuesday. The over is 4-0 in the last 4 meetings between these teams.

-San Francisco is another team in the thick of the NL Wild Card race. The Giants have been better away from home this year, and they are in Wrigley Field to take on the Cubs this week. -Cleveland has crept back above .500, and they need to start doing some damage if they want to be a serious contender in the AL Wild Card race. The Indians are in Minnesota this week, and Cleveland is 7-2 in their last 9 games at Minnesota.

-Washington has gotten hot of late. The Nationals are 6-0 in their last 6 games. They are 23-9 in their last 32 as a home favorite. They host Arizona this week, and the Nationals are 10-4 in their last 14 games against the Diamondbacks. The under is 7-2-1 in their last 10 meetings in Washington.
