Indiana vs Chicago Wrap Up – Chicago Wins 96-90

Indiana was victimized by Derrick Rose for 36 points as the Bulls defeated the Pacers 96-90 in NBA action on Monday. The Bulls earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the 11-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 191.5 were rewarded with a winning NBA Pick.  Chicago got 17 points from Carlos Boozer and another 14 points from Luol Deng. Derrick Rose contributed 6 assists, while Carlos Boozer cleaned the glass with 16 rebounds. The Pacers got a 19-point performance from Danny Granger, who was supported by 13 points from A.J. Price. Danny Granger had 4 assists in a losing cause for Indiana, while Tyler Hansbrough grabbed 6 rebounds.  Chicago trailed at halftime, 47-44. Chicago had a 57-33 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Heat vs 76ers Final: 94-73

The battle between the Heat and 76ers didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Philadelphia was handed a 94-73 defeat on Monday at AmericanAirlines Arena. Miami won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the 9-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 190.5. Miami got 29 points from LeBron James and another 21 points from Chris Bosh. LeBron James contributed 6 assists, while Chris Bosh cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.  Philadelphia got 18 points from Thaddeus Young in a losing cause and another 15 points from Evan Turner. Andre Iguodala contributed 7 assists for the 76ers, while Elton Brand had 7 rebounds.  Miami led at halftime, 49-31. Miami won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 46-40.
