The Charlotte Bobcats look to wind down a successful road trip when they travel to Salt Lake City to take on the Utah Jazz. The Bobcats are playing the best basketball of the season and may be catching the Jazz when they are playing at their worst.
The Bobcats seemed to have turned the corner when they fired Larry Brown and brought in Paul Silas to take over the head coaching duties. Since then the Bobcats have played much better basketball and are winning games on the road. The Cats are 3-1 on the current six game road trip, with the only loss coming in the last game against the Clippers. That loss can be attributed to fatigue as the Cats were coming off an overtime game in the previous outing. They have had one day to regroup and will be ready for Utah.
The Jazz will be playing at home, but this will be the second of back-to-back games and that could give the advantage to the Bobcats.
The Jazz are 1-6 ATS in their last seven games overall, 0-4 ATS in the last four against the Eastern Conference and 2-6 ATS in the last eight home games.
The Bobcats are 10-3 ATS in their last 13 games playing with one days rest, 6-1 ATS in their last seven road games against a team with a winning home record and 10-4 ATS in their last 14 games overall.
The Bobcats continue to play winning basketball as they keep it close with a chance to win late against the Utah Jazz.
