For the second week in-a-row, the odds makers went a bit high on the total line as nine of the 14 games stayed ‘under’. The total has now stayed ‘under’ in 18 of the last 27 games, or 66.7 percent of the time.

Denver Broncos vs. Kansas City Chiefs Over/Under: 41.5
With Tim Tebow behind center you never know what you will get from the Broncos’ offense. Two weeks ago it only managed 10 points against Detroit, but last week it erupted for 38 points against the Raiders. Denver’s defense has been consistently bad; giving-up an average of 28 points a game.
The same could be said for the Chiefs’ offensive output. Before last week’s paltry three-point effort against the Dolphins, they averaged over 25 points a game in a four-game winning streak. Kansas City’s defense has also been generous with the points; giving-up an average of 25.1 points a game.
Head-to-head in this series, the total has gone ‘over’ in six of the last eight meetings overall and in eight of the last 10 games played in Kansas City.

New England Patriots vs. New York Jets Over/Under: 47
Win or lose, the one thing that you can bank on about the Patriots this season is an offense that will consistently put points on the board with Tom Brady leading the way to go along with a defense that surrenders a ton of yards a game, especially through the air.
The Jets three-game winning streak has them back in the race in the AFC East. While New York’s recent success can be attributed to much better play on defense, Rex Ryan’s gang has given-up an average of 28.2 points in its last five games against the Patriots.
The total has gone ‘over’ in five of New England’s last five games against the AFC East and in seven of New York’s last 10 games against the AFC East. It has also gone ‘over’ in four of the last five meetings between the two.
