Opening Line Report For College Football Week 6

This week in college football the schedule has plenty of intriguing games to watch and wager on. The latest odds have been released and there are many games that stand out from the rest. Here is a look at some of the best games on the week along with the latest line moves from Bookmaker the leading US sportsbook.

Thursday Night: California at Oregon

The Duck host the Bears on Thursday night football and this game could get ugly. The Ducks opened as 24.5 point favorites on the week and the line has wavered right around that number. The public love to bet on favorites and the televised games so look for this number too move. If you like the Ducks I would get them now.

Friday Night: Boise State at Fresno State

The undefeated Broncos head on the road for this game and will be on upset alert when they play the Bulldogs. Friday night prime time games have been very exciting this year and have always come down to the final minutes. If the Bulldogs can do that, they will be a solid bet at +21. This line opened at 20 and jumped to 21 with the popularity of Boise State.

Oklahoma vs. Texas

The Red River Rivalry gets underway and this could be the last time that these teams meet if they switch conferences. The undefeated Sooners have opened as a nine point favorite and the line has been bet up to ten early. The Sooners are at the top of the college football rankings and that always is good for some public money.

Georgia at Tennessee

The big game in the SEC this week would have been LSU vs. Florida, but without John Brantley at QB, the odds are slow to open. This game will be a great backup as the Georgia Bulldogs go to Tennessee. The Bulldogs opened as one point favorites.

Getting an early look at the college football odds is great for the college football bettor trying to find value in the number.
