Matchup: St. Louis Rams at Arizona Cardinals
Date/Time: November 9th, 4:25 p.m. ET
Spread: Arizona Cardinals -7.5
The Arizona Cardinals are quickly making a name for themselves as one of the best teams in the National Football League. The St. Louis Rams are quickly becoming a team that no one wants to face as they are a scrappy bunch that will leave it all on the field. These two teams meet in week ten in a pivotal NFC West matchup.
The Cardinals are off a victory against the Dallas Cowboys and although the Cowboys were without starting quarterback Tony Romo, this is still an impressive victory. This is a team powered by a strong run defense. They bottled up running back DeMarco Murray and now Arizona has not allowed a 100 yard rusher for 18 straight games.

The Cardinals now have the best record in the league, but they have to be on high alert as they tangle with the upset minded St. Louis Rams.
Despite numerous injuries to key personnel, the Rams were still able to go out to the bay area and beat the San Francisco 49ers. The Rams may not have a winning record on the season, but they do have two very remarkable wins against the 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks. If they beat the Cardinals this week they would have beaten every team in the division.
The Rams are starting to see a return to glory from a very physical and intimidating offensive line. The Rams sacked Colin Kaepernick six times in the first half, matching their total from the entire season coming in. The Rams tallied eight sacks on the day and were in the 49ers backfield on a regular basis. Although Rams defensive end Williams Hayes left with a second-half ankle injury, they will still go all out to sack quarterback Carson Palmer in this divisional showdown. The Rams have proven that despite a slew of injuries they are still a dangerously well coached team that can beat any team on any given Sunday.
The Cardinals are poised to continue the current four game winning streak and maintain a strangle hold on the division. They are undefeated at home and will play their next two games in front of their home faithful when they host the Rams and the Detroit Lions. The Cardinals have to make sure that they take this game against the Rams seriously or they may be the next upset victim in the Rams path.
