Here at Bang the Book, we are always keeping our eyes open for the best games to bet on each and every week. Of all of the games on the docket for the third week of the bowl season, the one we are zeroing in on is the National Championship Game, where the Auburn Tigers take on the Florida State Seminoles at 8:30 p.m. ET on Monday, January 6th.
After 34 bowl games are complete, there will be just one left, and it’s for all the marbles. In historic Pasadena, the Florida State Seminoles and the Auburn Tigers will go to war with one another on January 6th with the winner being named the BCS National Champions.
Neither the Auburn Tigers nor the Missouri Tigers even figured to get to bowl games this season. Alas, they are the last two teams standing in the crowded SEC, and the winner of this duel in the SEC Championship Game will have every right in the world to challenge for the BCS National Championship.
Week 11 of the 2013 college football season is said and done with, and today, we are going to be looking at some of the best and most valuable odds to win the BCS National Championship as we continue on with the campaign.
Auburn and Texas A&M come into this weekend’s SEC matchup with identical 5-1 records. Auburn is ranked #24 in the nation, while the Aggies are seventh in the current polls. The Tigers have yet to beat a top team this year, but they’ll get a chance this weekend at Kyle Field. Texas A&M is still in the thick of the national title race. Let’s take a closer look at this one.
