New Jersey Nets at Los Angeles Lakers Preview 11/25/08

The Los Angeles Lakers have the best record in the NBA at 11-1 but they were not happy with their latest effort, a 118-108 win over Sacramento on Sunday. They committed 18 turnovers and allowed the Kings to shoot 53.4 percent from the field. “I thought we were poor, defensively,” Lakers coach Phil Jackson said. He was not alone in that assessment as Kobe Bryant shared that sentiment. “I’m not happy with this win. We could have played much more solid defensively,” Kobe said, “They did a good job getting out in transition. So from that aspect, we might have been a little worn down.”
