The Falcons are looking to put it all together this year. The team they take on this week may be 3-5, but the New Orleans Saints are clearly a very dangerous team. The Arizona Cardinals started the season 4-0, but they have now dropped four games in a row. The Green Bay Packers started 2-3, but they have won three straight to go to 5-3 on the season. Arizona will travel to Lambeau Field this weekend to try to get back on track. It certainly won’t be an easy task for the Cardinals.

John Skelton was hurt early in the year, but now Kevin Kolb is out so Skelton is back as the Cardinals starting quarterback.

The Denver Broncos are fresh off a huge win at home against the New Orleans Saints. The Cincinnati Bengals are coming off a bye week. Cincinnati was beaten by Pittsburgh at home two weeks ago. The Bengals have lost three straight games, and badly need a win to stay in the playoff race. Denver seems to be getting better every week, and there is no doubt that Peyton Manning is making this team far more dangerous.

The Atlanta Falcons are one of only three unbeaten teams left in the NFL after three weeks. The Falcons blasted San Diego last week on the road, and now they return home to face a divisional foe. Carolina was blitzed at home last week by the New York Giants, but the Panthers do have the ability to be a difficult matchup for the Falcons. Let’s take a look at this NFC South matchup.

Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers were actually favored last Thursday night at home against the dinged up Giants, but New York won 36-7 in an embarrassing game for the Panthers.

The New York Jets shocked everyone by putting up 48 points in the season opener against Buffalo. Maybe the Jets offense is much better than people thought, or maybe it was just poor competition. The Steelers defense is one of the best in the league, so the Jets will get a major test here. The last four meetings between these two teams have been decided by five points or less.
