The 2013 NFL season will be here before you know it, and that means that it’s time to take a look at some of the best and worst players and teams to bet on. No matter how good your team is, you aren’t winning without a good quarterback, and we are going to be looking at some of the best quarterbacks to bet on this year. Keep in mind, the flashiest names aren’t always the best quarterbacks to bet on though, and we are searching for some remarkable value here, not necessarily the best talent. Don’t go looking for Tom Brady and some of the other stars of the NFL on this list. We’re digging deep to find you the best quarterbacks to bet on.
Potential playoff foes are going to be meeting up for NFL betting action the Sunday after Thanksgiving, as the San Diego Chargers play host to the Baltimore Ravens.
The Ravens are rolling at 8-2, and as long as they win next week’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, they should be well on their way to the AFC North crown this year.
The San Diego Chargers are off to another one of their patented slow starts. Once again the hot seat is getting really hot for Norv Turner. Denver is off to a 6-3 start under the direction of quarterback Peyton Manning. The Broncos beat the Chargers last month in San Diego after trailing 24-0 at halftime, so they’ll be looking for the season sweep in this one.

Peyton Manning To Throw an Interception (-180): Manning has only been picked off three times this season, but he has had a bad history against these Chargers.
Denver’s record may be 2-3 both straight-up and against the spread, but with Peyton Manning starting to return to his All-Pro form, you get the feeling this team is about to go on a run. He has kept the Broncos in the game against Atlanta and Houston, which are a combined 10-0 and stood toe-to-toe with Tom Brady last week in a 31-21 loss to New England.
With Manning at the helm, Denver has the ninth-ranked offense in the NFL in both total yards and points-per-game and is ranked fifth in passing yards.
There are no concerns about a slow start for San Diego this season with three straight-up victories in its first four games and a 3-1 record against the spread as well. The only setback was an ugly 27-3 loss to Atlanta as three-point favorites at home, but the Chargers won their other three games by a combined 43 points.
Their offense, behind a revitalized Philip Rivers at quarterback, has been very efficient with the ball.
There are only six unbeaten teams left in the NFL, and two of them square off this weekend in San Diego. The Chargers have gotten a horribly slow start year after year for so long, but this year San Diego is off to a quick start. Atlanta held off Denver on Monday Night Football, and the Falcons look like one of the better teams in the NFC. Which team will start 3-0 this season?
Matt Ryan has yet to have any success in the postseason, but it seems like he and the Falcons have a team to do some damage this year.
